First and foremost, my site will allow you to Search the Tucson MLS. In addition to the shortcuts available on my Home Page, you can enter your own criteria and save searches or results. There is no fee and no need to register to use this feature. I respect your privacy, and will not contact you until you call or email me.
Unless you are in a position to pay cash, you must be prequalifed by a mortgage lender before you can make an offer on a home. If you do not have a mortgage broker, or if you just want to shop around, I have a few suggestions for lenders at Get a Loan.
There are several sources for Free Information. For the Seller, you can ask me How Much your Home is Worth, or Request a Home Seller’s Book. For the Buyer, you can Request a Home Buyer’s Book, or visit my Buyer Information Page, which contains links to lots of useful information a Buyer should know before investing in a home.

While I can help you with any area of Tucson, I specialize in the Catalina Foothills and North West Tucson, including Oro Valley. I have provided some information on these areas.
Finally, each month the Tucson Association of Realtors provides sales statistics of the previous month, which are very helpful in determining market trends. I have provided the latest Monthly and Annual Statistics available.
