It is essential that a Buyer be as informed as possible before making what is often the largest purchase of his or her life.  In that spirit, I have included links to some of the many things that an educated Buyer should know.   Some are provided by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE), which holds its agents to a high standard of practice, and from the Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR).  I urge my clients to be as well informed as possible about the purchase they are about to make, in order to avoid unpleasant and potentially expensive surprises later.
